Photography & Media Release

- Thank you for participating in or attending an NCF-PAH, LLC (“NCF-PAH”) event. The events covered by this photography and media release include but are not limited to virtual or in-person events.
- By participating in or attending an NCF-PAH event:
- You hereby grant NCF-PAH, its affiliates, representatives, agents, and host venues (collectively referred to as “Organizers”) permission to photograph, videotape, or record you while participating in or attending an NCF-PAH event.
- You grant the Organizers the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to publish, distribute, exhibit, or otherwise use the videos or photographs the Organizers have taken or may take of you.
- You release the Organizers from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the videos or photographs.
- You understand that the images may be modified in any manner, and hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any final product.
- You acknowledge that the images may be used, without limitations, in marketing materials, print publications, online publications, websites, and social media.
- You waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs taken of you.
- This photography and media release does not grant any rights, permissions, or release for anyone other than the Organizers. If you are not included in the Organizers as defined in 2.1:
- Do not take video of or photograph anyone who has not given you express consent.
- Do not tag people on social media without their express consent.
- Be mindful that not everyone has the luxury of having home and work lives that are safe from discrimination.
- If you accidentally capture anyone in the background of your videos or photos, and they have not given express consent to be recorded or photographed, crop or edit them out.
